Women Only – Members of The Centre and guests who may be new to strength training, hesitant to attempt it due to various reasons or seasoned veterans looking to increase overall body strength, this program is for you. Participants must be ages 18 and up.
*Space is limited to 14 participants!
Sign up for the 10-week program that includes 20sessions, pre and post body measurements and instruction from Dori Durbin, CPT, for a little more than the cost of 4 personal training sessions. A minimum of 6 participants is needed to run the program.
This 10-week weight lifting program is designed to empower women to lift weights and transform their bodies through strength training. Meeting twice a week for 10-weeks, W.O.W. will increase your strength, accelerate your body mass loss and teach you how to strength train properly with instruction from one of our certified personal trainers. You will see the biggest transformation to your body in years!
- You will meet every Monday and Wednesday at 11:00am and meet outside the Women’s Only Fitness Area
- The program will utilize the Women’s Only Fitness Area as well as the Group Fitness Studio
