This small group training program is led by ACSM Certified Personal Trainer Dori Durbin. Dori is passionate about helping women become stronger, more confident, and ready to live life well.

Women Only – Members of The Centre and guests who may be new to strength training, hesitant to attempt it due to various reasons, or seasoned veterans looking to increase overall body strength. Participants must be ages 18 and up.

This 8-week program includes 16 sessions, pre and post body measurements and instruction from Dori Durbin, CPT, for a little more than the cost of 3 personal training sessions. A minimum of 6 participants is needed to run the program.
This 8-week weight lifting program is designed to empower women to lift weights and transform their bodies through strength training. Meeting twice a week for eight weeks, W.O.W. aims to increase your strength, accelerate your body mass loss and teach you how to strength train properly.
- You will meet every Monday and Wednesday at 11:00am and meet outside the Ladie’s Only Fitness Area
- The program will utilize the Ladie’s Only Fitness Area as well as the Group Fitness Studio
