Description – Stability is the newest program designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.

The 6 week fitness program has everything you need! It will include a complete pre and post program body analysis with various body measurements to track your progress. The program will also include 1 -75 minute session each week that will be split up into exercise and nutrition/diet. Start your new year off right to get healthy and be stronger!

Beginner to spinner is a progressive program that takes it’s participants from a beginner, knowing nothing, to a strong, confident participant ready to take any of our Centre Cycling classes
