Women on Weights

W.O.W. empowers women to lift weights and transform their bodies through strength training. This eight-week group training program includes 16 expert-led training sessions and pre/post body measurements for nearly the price of three personal training sessions! Our morning groups are led by Dori Durbin (ACSM-CPT) and our evening groups are led by Kerrie Richardson (BS Exercise Science, ACSM-CPT). They are passionate about helping women live strong, healthy, confident, and godly lives!
Established Benefits of Strength Training for Females:

- Combat the aging process
Centre members and guests who may be new to strength training, hesitant to attempt it due to various reasons, or seasoned veterans looking to increase overall body strength. Participants must be female and at least 13 years old.
*Space is limited to 15 participants!
- The program will utilize the Group Fitness Studio as well as the Ladies Only Fitness Center
- Bring a water bottle, athletic shoes, and modest workout gear
- Prepare ahead of time by thinking about your health and fitness goals

Summer Sports Performance Training

Individualized strength and conditioning programs in small groups of 4-6 athletes.
Designed and led by our Fitness Director, Evan Platonas (MS Exercise Science, NSCA-CSCS)
Improve strength, speed, agility, endurance, and athleticism to optimize performance.
Learn how to properly fuel your body as an athlete.
Develop proper exercise technique and movement mechanics to reduce risk for injury.

Stability is the newest SilverSneakers program designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.

Beginner to Spinner Lite

Go from a beginner to a spinner in three weeks! Learn the basics of indoor cycling, gain confidence, and improve your fitness level under the guidance and expertise of our Centre Cycling instructors.
This course is FREE for Centre Members. Non-Members must pay guest pass fees.
