Women on Weights

W.O.W. empowers women to lift weights and transform their bodies through strength training. This six-week group training program includes 12 expert-led training sessions for nearly the price of three personal training sessions! All sessions are led and designed by Kerrie Richardson (BS Exercise Science, Gray Institute FAFS, ACSM-CPT). She is passionate about helping women live strong, healthy, confident, and godly lives!
Established Benefits of Strength Training for Females:

Centre members and guests who may be new to strength training or seasoned veterans looking to increase overall body strength and improve body composition. Participants must be female and at least 13 years old.
*Space is limited to 15 participants!
- The program will utilize the Group Fitness Studio as well as the Ladies Only Fitness Center
- Bring a water bottle, athletic shoes, and modest workout gear
- Prepare ahead of time by thinking about your health and fitness goals

April 6 – May 11 (6 Weeks)
Stability is the newest SilverSneakers program designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. A chair may be used for balance and support.

7-12th Grade Personal Fitness
January 19 – February 23 (6 Weeks)
Thursdays at 3:00 PM
This six-week course is designed to empower teenage students to have a healthy relationship with fitness. Topics covered include the following:
-Designing effective workouts
-Exercise form and equipment utilization
-Building healthy habits

Intro to Centre Cycling
January 24 – February 4
Tuesdays 5:30 PM and Saturdays 9:30 AM
Learn the basics of indoor cycling, gain confidence, and improve your fitness level under the guidance and expertise of our Centre Cycling instructors.
Registration fees for this four-class course include a free 3-pack of cycling passes, which can be utilized for other Centre Cycling classes upon completion of the program.
