Lift-A-Million lbs in six weeks! Start your individual or team challenge to cumulatively lift a million pounds by April 25th! Example: 100 lbs. x 12 repetitions = 1,200 lbs. Then add up every set until it equals a Million! Do it yourself or as a team of up to 5 maximum!
Women on Weights
This 6-week weight lifting class is designed to empower women to lift weights and transform their bodies through strength training. Meeting twice a week for 6-weeks, W.O.W. will increase your strength, body mass loss and teach you how to strength train properly with instruction from one of our certified personal trainers. You will see the biggest transformation to your body in years.
You v You will start back up in April.
You vs. You Team Challenge: You vs. You will have a team approach. Participants will be assigned to a ten week team that will encourage and support each other. Each team’s primary goal is to accrue the most points by the end of the ten weeks. Each team member is responsible for contributing to the team’s overall points.
