Classes are not only a great way to vary your workout, they are also a great way to make new friends and gain accountability and motivation to stick with and achieve your fitness goals. To find out what class is right for you ask a representative at the Information Desk, one of our certified personal trainers, class instructors, or email Wes (our Fitness & Wellness Manager) at firstname.lastname@example.org. All classes, with the exception of Cycling Classes, are included free with your membership! Non members can take advantage of our classes through the purchase of day passes or punch cards.

This workout combines the benefits of core and strength training by incorporating the use of a stability ball. This class is also great for those looking to challenge their balance and stability, range of motion, or those just looking for a less intense way to challenge themselves. Perfect for Seniors and Beginners!
