The Christian Family Centre, or simply The Centre, was established in 1988 by Orville and Ruth Merillat. According to Mr. Merillat, The Centre was designed as a “wholesome place where families could spend time together enjoying recreation and special programs.”
Over the last 20+ years, The Centre has served Lenawee County and surrounding communities in areas of physical, social, and spiritual wellness. The Centre sits on 75 acres along with its partner ministries, Lenawee Christian School and Lenawee Christian Ministries. The Centre has more than 6,000 active members and operates an array of services ranging from Fitness/Wellness activities to Youth Programs to concerts and event. The Centre Cafe is a great choice whether you just need a place to meet with a friend and enjoy great coffee or you want to enjoy our menu for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The Centre also provides rental and catering options for your next corporate or civic meeting, fundraising dinner, or birthday party.
