Program Overview
Impact Fitness is a coed strength and conditioning program dedicated to helping youth athletes establish a love for
health and fitness while learning sound movement mechanics under the guidance of qualified personnel.
All sessions are designed and led by the Centre’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. (Evan Platonas, MS Exercise Science, NSCA-CSCS)
Training sessions conclude with a prayer, devotional, and educational fitness/sports/nutrition discussion.
