Position: Member & Guest Services Associate

Position Summary:
The Christian Family Centre is currently seeking dedicated individuals who share this vision to join our team. As a Member and Guest Services Associate your role is crucial in providing friendly, God-honoring customer service and meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of every program, service, or event happening within The Centre
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to enhance service delivery.
- Assist the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Protect database integrity.
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience by maintaining a positive and encouraging attitude in all interactions.
- Master and effectively communicate information about The Centre’s programs, services, and events to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct sales presentations and tours for prospective members to promote membership benefits and facilities.
- Complete general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and reporting.
- Assist Sales & Service Manager with any delegated responsibilities.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Christian Faith:
- Profess and demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
- Adherence to Christian principles and values in both personal and professional life.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to type accurately, quickly, and efficiently.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer software.
- Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, and weekends.
