Indoor cycling is a group exercise class done on stationary bikes. During the class the instructor simulates the ride. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! You can indoor cycle when it is raining or snowing outside. You are kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you and the music. Get ready for a fun, fantastic cardiovascular workout!

Cycling Cost:

12 – Centre Cycling Rider Pass = $24.00 ($2.00/per ride)
1 – Single Rider Pass = $3.00

Save $12.00 by purchasing the Multi-Ride Pass. Guests have to pay the $7 day pass fee in addition to the rider fee.
